Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bubbles mobile application and related services ("Bubbles"), operated by Codevival ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Bubbles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
Bubbles is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Bubbles only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
- You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bubbles to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other people
- Upload or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors
- Send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the security or operation of the service
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app except as permitted by law

4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Bubbles, including profile information, bubbles, activities, comments, and messages. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the service to you and the people you share it with.
Group chats and direct messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device, meaning we cannot read their contents. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.
5. Safety and Moderation
Bubbles provides tools to block users and report abuse. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, and we may cooperate with authorities where appropriate and legally required.
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Bubbles relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Maps, Google Places, and Google AdMob for in-app advertising. Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of Bubbles at any time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Disclaimers
Bubbles is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codevival will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Bubbles.
10. Termination
You may stop using Bubbles and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm to other users, third parties, or us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may notify users through the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use of Bubbles after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
