This notice covers codevival.com and the contact form on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the service you select, and your message. We don't use analytics, tracking cookies, or ad scripts on this site, so nothing is collected unless you submit the form yourself.

How it's processed

Submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit processes the submission to route it to us by email; we don't run our own server-side form handling. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or use it for advertising.
