Menus shift with the season. We cook what the Markale farmers bring in that morning.

Soft light, slow service, and a corner table that's always worth the wait.
Our Story
Built around the table
Maslina started in 2014 as a six-seat coffee bar on a quiet Baščaršija corner. The idea was simple: treat guests like family and let the seasons write the menu.
Ten years on, we still bake our bread before sunrise, still roast our own beans, and still believe the best meals are the ones nobody wants to rush. Our small kitchen works with growers from the Markale market and fishermen from the coast.
